The Charvel Spectrum is part of the Charvel Contemporary Series. It has a strat body with an unusual white pickguard. The headstock is reversed and has the toothpaste Charvel logo. The pickup configuration consists of three Jackson J-200 humubuckers in single coil housing. The innovation on this guitar is the Jackson JE-1500 para mid EQ tone circuit preamp with in/out bypass switch. "Just by tuning a knob, you can select the exact mid level frequency you want and boost it right into the stratosphere. "

My Thoughts
The Charvel spectrum as seen played by Jeff Beck, lovely guitar the pick up configuration gives some great tones, the pick guard isn't for everyone I like it but I can see why many don't.
